Freedom: The unalienable right to kill one's superior?

There appears to be some confusion regarding the definition of the word "Freedom". MZ is here to try and clear up the confusion.

Defintion #1. Mirriam-Webster Dictionary:
Freedom: 1 : the quality or state of being free: as a: the absence of necessity, coercion, or constraint in choice or action b: liberation from slavery or restraint or from the power of another.

Definition #2. Warren Community College professor John Daly:
Freedom: when soldiers in Iraq turn their guns on their superiors.

No, I'm not making this up. Read it here.

People who confuse "freedom" with "lack of restraint" will martyr themselves off a side of cliff in protest of gravity.

That's fine with me, Mr. Beamish, just so long as they don't drag us off the cliff with them.

then beamish is suggest we start an anti-gravity movement. let's see - an anti-war professor says it's okay to kill your superior...tell me what the left considers hypocrisy? if i were the cursing kind, i would now interject some not so very ladylike words here, but instead i will go wash my mind out with soap!

you are being difficult tonight kuhnkat - it is a figure of speech - i typed that slowly so everyone could understand.

one day i took my neighbor's mail to him and he came out of the house in his skivvies, to which i gasped and said, "get back in the house and put some clothes on while i go home and wash my eyes out with soap!" he's an idiotic drunk; he got it; he comes out fully clothed now! thank G-d there is no mystery there now - yuck factor kicked in.

Incitment to murder makes one an accessory to such acts. I'm sure this professor calls the liberation of Iraq, "an illegal war".

Isnt that ironic?

quite. i can attribute it to nothing more that indoctrination and propaganda - that happens when one side becomes "fat, dumb, and happy", complacent in other words.

it affects every single area of our lives. i know you're not ready for a word picture fern so i'll save it for later. xoxo
