The Expulsion Plot Thickens

The expulsion plot to make all of Gaza forcibly Judenrein is under greater and greater stress as the August pogrom date Sharon has set grows closer. As of this writing, a massive anti-expulsion protest of over 40,000 at the border town of Kfar Maimon is inching steadily towards the fortified gates leading to Gush Katif. These gates are guarded by an unprecedented 20,000 police and soldiers who are forced to stay awake on guard duty 24/7, as a single lapse would allow the protesters to pass through the gates to Gush Katif.

The protest is entirely pacifist in nature, with only singing, dancing and attempts to verbally persuade the police and soldiers to lay down their weapons and join the march to Gush Katif. The march is being led by many prominent political and religious dignitaries, most notably Harav Shapira, the former Chief Rabbi of Israel.

By tying up so many police and soldiers, the anti-expulsion marchers reportedly may be successfully jeopardizing the expulsion plan from taking place. Bus loads of supporters are coming to join the march every hour, and those who can't get through are reorganizing in Sderot to launch a return march to join the protest in Kfar Maimon.

As I type, another march of several hundred Gush Katif residents are also arriving to join the supporters with the intention of all marching back together triumphantly, and peacefully, to Gush Katif.

The magnitude of this event has driven noted moslem sympathizer, Shimon Peres into a virtual rage, exclaiming, "The whole nation should condemn the ways of the settlers, who themselves have ironically been awarded IDF protection for years. They should have retreated to their homes."

Peres also added bitterly, "Israel's security forces have never before seen the provocation of recent days, which is taking place while Qassam rockets and mortars are still falling. It is an insult to tie up 20,000 security personnel while this is happening."

Meanwhile, the list of opponents to Sharon's sinister expulsion plot continues to grow. Prominent LEFTIST, Danny Rubenstein, the longtime columnist for Ha'aretz news, has declared retreating from Gaza a reward to terror and a threat to Israeli security. When even the Left starts to turn on the heinous expulsion it really shows the plan is in some serious trouble.

So, what to make of all this? Sounds like the insipid plot to rid Gaza of the Jews may actually rally to bring a greater Jewish presence to Gaza than ever before. The quest to join the Jews of Gaza will either bring the Zionist Right and Left together with a national fervor, or it will become an ugly civil war that tears the Jewish State in two. Time will tell, but I feel even more optimistic today that the massive resistance to the expulsion will prevail in the end.

God willing, the turmoil from this nightmare will give birth to a whole and uncompromised Eretz Israel.

A leftist we can agree with.
Or is it the other way around?

Left-Wing Columnist Turns Against Disengagement

By Tzvi Ben-Gedalyahu

Danny Rubenstein, a veteran left-wing columnist for the liberal left daily Haaretz, wrote that he now realizes that the disengagement plan is a mistake because it will reward terrorism.

"Events from recent days…raise fears that a unilateral withdrawal from Gaza is causing serious security damage to Israel," Rubenstein wrote. He added that Arabs see the planned withdrawal of the IDF from Gaza as proof that "Israel only understands the language of terror attacks and violence."

Rubenstein's comments come after weeks of warnings from several senior IDF officers that Arab terror will escalate after the planned expulsion of Jewish residents from their homes and turning over more than twenty-five Jewish communities to the Palestinian Authority (PA).''

Rubenstein noted that Hamas terrorists were supposed to be part of the "calm" in the past few months and be part of a new PA legislative assembly. Elections had been scheduled for this week, but PA chairman Abu Mazen (Mahmoud Abbas) recently postponed them for several months.

Delaying the elections made Hamas conclude that the PA "remains as it is…[and] will not share with Hamas the fruits of the victory for which Hamas members gave spilled their blood," Rubenstein wrote.

"There does not seem to be a solution for this at the present, and the conclusion is that embittered and angry Hamas members in Gaza will continue and even intensify terror attacks and firing at Israeli targets….Hamas doesn't mind making the Israeli withdrawal difficult or even torpedoing it."

Zionist Organization of America (ZOA) president Morton A. Klein noted:
" Prominent Israeli journalist Danny Rubinstein has joined a long list of important left-wing leaders who are opposed to this Gaza Plan as constructed by Israeli PM Ariel Sharon. They include former officials such as Labor Foreign Minister Shlomo Ben-Ami, General Security Chief Ami Ayalon, Air Force Commander Gen. Eitan Ben-Eliyahu, IDF Chief of Staff Gen. Uzi Dayan, IDF Intelligence Chief Gen. Shlomo Gazit, Mossad directors Ephraim Halevy and Shabtai Shavit."
Danny Rubinstein has been writing on the Israel-Arab conflict for 30 years. He authored a biography of the terrorist leader Yasser Arafat and formerly wrote for the Labor Party/Histadrut newspaper Davar.

The left is not going to change their arabist apologizing ways so fast. Yes, a notable exception here and there will happen, but I don't believe a sizable number are going to suddenly embrace the settlers they despise so intensely. The Left just can't be expected to abandon their muslim lovers just like that.

MZ,
When you get a chance, do some research to show how, when the Palestinian Arabs get land of "their own", they turn it to shit. (Like some social groups here in America do).

I feel that when, (if), the Palestinian arabs get some of this free land, they will turn it to ghettos, and slums in no time, while their leadership hoards the free money given to them by the U.N. and any other assholes.

I also feel that when, (if), the Palestinian arabs aquire this "free land", the terror will continue any G.D. way.

If terror continues, it will give the Iraeli government proof to the world, once and for all, that the Palastinian arabs can never be satisfied, while at the same time a military take over of that land will take place.

No research necessary. Gaza was considered a cursed wasteland unable to sustain vegetation by the arabs. The Jews came in and made it into a citrus farming pardise. The same story can be said for the entire Land of Israel, as the arabs had left behind desert and rocky thistled shrub before the Jewish aliyah made the land green again.

If you want to see for yourself the difference between the filthy moslems and the Jews just look at each side of the GREEN LINE. The moslem homes don't even have toilets most of the time, and they have left the land they live on barren and lifeless in their wake.

"If terror continues, it will give the Iraeli government proof to the world, once and for all, that the Palastinian arabs can never be satisfied, while at the same time a military take over of that land will take place."

Change that to WHEN terror continues, Bill. Also, if you think the Jews are just one more atrocity away from "proving to
the world" that moslems can never be satisfied, think again. The world will never accept Jews for very long, if at all, and moslems are not about to have their unconditional free pass to killing Jews taken away by the Leftists and anti-Semites anytime soon.

That's why I said "once and for all"

Meaning "the final straw that breaks the camel's back" in order to give the Israeli government/army a reason to launch an all out attack on muslims...which could go reaching even beyond the borders of Israel.

2 good websites I found. Have you ever seen them?
